Wow.....

I realized again today that I have not posted.....really posted.....since I have been back from vacation. I am down 8 pounds since my restart on 4/8/10. I feel good. Today I am playing with some recipes and my grandson.

I think my restart is going great.

I'm Back

in more ways than one......

I had a wonderful vacation....lots of sun, food, alcohol, activity.....all the things that make a vacation memorable.....even the weight gain.

I came back at 203.6 - lots of water weight - ankles, feet, toes, fingers all extremely swollen. I restarted Atkins Induction on Thursday, April 8, 2010. My indigestion cleared up within 2 days, I was down 5 pounds within 2 days, and had all my old zip back.

I am on day 6 of induction and feeling better than every. I will post my first weeks wt once I finish day 7.

Here's to being back on plan.
